Czech President Signs Historic Kratom Legislation into Law
Czech Republic President Petr Pavel has signed historic kratom legislation into law.
Kratom will now be regulated as a "psychomodulating substance". This is a new category for substances regulation in all of the European Union that falls somewhere between drugs and dietary supplements.
Kratom and certain cannabinoids, such as HHC, will be available to adults, but will now be prohibited from sale to minors, in vending machines, and in packaging that would appeal to children. Vendors will have to obtain permits to sell these products.
